We keep this simple and honest: we collect only what we need to help you, we never sell or share it with third parties, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic, anonymous usage stats:
- Contact enquiries — your name, email, phone (if provided) and the message you send us through the contact form.
- Job applications — your name, contact details, CV/résumé and any cover message you submit through our careers pages.
- Site analytics — first-party, anonymised page-view statistics (which pages are visited, roughly from where). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and this data does not identify you personally.
Why we collect it
Every piece of information we hold is directly relevant to the reason you gave it to us — to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver a service you requested, or evaluate a job application. We don't gather data "just in case," and we don't repurpose it for anything you didn't ask for.
We do not share your data
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. Your information stays with Naro Dev and is used solely for the process you engaged us for. The only exception is where we're legally required to disclose something by a competent authority.
How we store & protect it
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on our own secured infrastructure. Access is limited to the members of our team who need it to do the work. We keep your data only for as long as it's needed for its purpose, then remove it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email contact@narodev.com and we'll take care of it.
