Naro Dev is a creative development studio with a full IT arm — writing code for clients since 2013, a studio since 2016. We design it, build it, secure it and keep it running. One senior team, the whole stack, zero hand-offs.
it starts with one engineer
Web programming caught me while I was studying electrical engineering at the University of Science and Technology of Oran (USTO). By my first graduation in 2013, designing and building websites had stopped being a hobby — it was the job, and clients were already calling. I stayed on for the master’s degree, earned in 2015, freelancing full speed the whole way through.
More than a decade of client work followed: custom sites, shops and rescues for businesses from Oran to Algiers, Constantine to Annaba — and for clients in Europe who needed someone who just ships. In 2016 that one-man practice became Naro Dev, a studio where design and engineering live under the same roof.
Every project kept asking the same question: who takes care of the rest? The hosting, the email, the office network, the invoices, the stock, the "can this just talk to that" glue. Instead of handing clients to five vendors, we became the answer — today the studio builds brands, products, platforms and the AI & automation on top, and operates the servers, networks and phones underneath it all.

Graduated — already freelancing
By graduation, designing and building websites was the profession. Custom sites, shops and fixes for clients across Algeria and abroad.
The master’s degree
Second graduation at USTO — the master’s in engineering, earned while the freelance practice kept running full speed. Theory by day, client work by night.
The studio
Naro Dev became a studio: design met engineering under one roof — UI/UX, motion, code — and projects stopped being "a website" and became products.
From pages to platforms
