Technical Implementation

Website: a PHP back end built on CodeIgniter (MVC), with a Bootstrap front end (HTML5, CSS3) and jQuery.

Mobile app: built with Apache Cordova (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and Bootstrap for a consistent UI, with MongoDB for fast data reads — running on a Linux (CentOS) environment with Apache HTTP Server.

Dialo reimagined the everyday experience of calling a business — replacing the IVR maze with a fast, visual way to get answers — delivered as a complete web and mobile product.
