IT Help Desk Guru

We're hiring an IT Help Desk Guru in Oran to keep our people and hardware running — the calm, capable person everyone's glad to call when something breaks.

You'll handle day-to-day IT support on demand: troubleshooting laptops, networks, accounts and software, setting up new machines, and solving the small (and occasionally not-so-small) tech problems that get in the way of good work. This is a freelance, as-needed role — we call you when we need you.

We're looking for someone hands-on and reliable, with solid all-round IT knowledge (Windows / macOS / Linux, networking basics, accounts and common tools), good problem-solving instincts, and the patience to explain things simply. Being Oran-based matters — some fixes need you on-site.
