Business Analyst

We're hiring a business analyst to sit between our clients' needs and our team's build — capturing requirements and turning them into clear, buildable specs.

You'll run discovery, document requirements and workflows, map processes, and translate business problems into functional specifications the team can act on, helping keep scope clear and stakeholders aligned.

We're looking for someone analytical and detail-oriented, with experience gathering and documenting software requirements, comfort with diagrams and specs, and strong communication. Domain experience in ERP/CRM or web platforms is a plus.
