Account Manager / Client Success

We're hiring an account manager to look after our clients once they're on board — the person who keeps relationships strong and projects (and renewals) flowing.

You'll be the main point of contact for existing clients: understanding their goals, coordinating with our delivery team, spotting new opportunities, and making sure they're genuinely happy with our work. You turn one project into a long relationship.

We're looking for someone warm and organised, with client-facing experience (agency or software a plus), great communication, and a knack for keeping people informed and reassured. Bilingual (Arabic / French / English) is a plus.
